This dress started life in France. It is a vintage night gown I think as the fabric in the top half is a little like a flannel on the inside, furry. The bottom half has a beautiful weave. While it was originally white I felt like a hospital patient in it. So some shibori style stitching in squares or rectangles and into the indigo pot. Perfection.
